We partner directly with leading national EPC companies including Larsen & Toubro (L&T), McNally Bharat Engineering, S.K. Samanta & Co., EPIL and RVR Projects to design, manufacture, supply, and commission IP Based Video Surveillance solution for smooth operation of Coal India Limited’s First Mile Connectivity (FMC) projects.

• Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL): Partnered with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to engineer, manufacture, and supply comprehensive IP CCTV networks across the high-throughput Lajkura & Bhubaneswari Projects, alongside turnkey material surveillance infrastructure at the Sardega Open Cast Project executed via McNally Bharat.
• South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL): Successfully deployed ruggedized process CCTV systems across multiple high-volume mining and conveyor developments, including the Kusmunda Project (through RVR Projects) and the Dipka, Chhal, and Baroud Open Cast Projects (through McNally Bharat Engineering).
• Western Coalfields Limited (WCL): Executed the comprehensive supply and commissioning of specialized, dust-proof CCTV monitoring frameworks for the Makardhokra Project in Nagpur via RVR Projects.
• Gevra Expansion CHP Phase-I: Delivered and commissioned specialized process-tracking CCTV systems tailored for heavy conveyor bulk routing under the Gevra Expansion Scheme via S.K. Samanta & Co.

• NTPC Pakri Barwadih (Owner's CHP): Engineered an integrated IP CCTV cum Public Address (PA) System operating over a custom Shared Fiber Optic and Power Supply Network for the main Coal Handling Plant infrastructure.
• NTPC Kerandari Coal Mining Project: Partnered with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to deliver industrial-grade CCTV and process-monitoring links built for long-distance conveyors and mechanized silos.

Iron Ore & Copper

We design, manufacture, and commission ruggedized, high-availability technology frameworks tailored specifically for non-coal industrial bulk ports and mineral processing terminals. Our integrated IP CCTV process surveillance and Public Address (PA) solutions utilize marine-grade, dust-tight engineering to isolate sensitive electronics from chemical corrosion and mechanical stress delivering absolute operational tracking, zero-latency logistics data, and safe plant coordination.

• Adani Bulk Terminal (Mundra West Port): Successfully engineered, supplied, installed, and commissioned an industrial-grade IP CCTV & Public Address (PA) System built to survive high-dust corrosive environments and harsh maritime climates during continuous Copper Concentrate & Rock Phosphate Handling operations via Thyssenkrupp.
• Kurmitar Iron Ore Mines: Partnered with ThyssenKrupp Industries India as the main EPC to deploy integrated IP CCTV and industrial PA networks. Heavy-duty cameras and ruggedized field call stations are commissioned across core infrastructure nodes including Crushers, Conveyor belts, Tunnels, Dump Stations, Pumphouses, Switchgear rooms, and Central Control Rooms.
